Personal Training with Mona
Mona is an independently Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is CPR/AED certified. She specializes in Weight Loss, Endurance, Strength and Flexibility Training.

Mona has completed the Graviti Fitness Internship Program with Michael John in Corona Del Mar, California, and uses the dynamic Graviti Method to train her clients – no machines, no bulky equipment. She is both knowledgeable and diverse in her approach to fitness training and has helped a wide range of clients achieve their overall health and fitness goals.

Personal Training Mission:
“My mission as a personal trainer is not to merely guide my clients through a workout.  I hope to inspire and turn I can’t’s  to I can’s.  I am most proud of my ability to interact and relate to people from all facets of life and I strive to develop an authentic connection with each  one of my clients and truly offer them a personal “personal training” experience.

Personal Training Philosophy:
“My philosophy is built on the foundation that by combining safe and effective exercise programs and a positive and focused mind, all fitness goals can be achieved.

The mind can be the source of both bondage and liberation and can function as the best friend or worst enemy of the body.  

Sometimes our mind can be the biggest obstacle in on our path to a healthier lifestyle.  Without yelling or intimidating, I will push you and encourage you to face trials that will test your strength, endurance – in both body and mind!

Considerations & Pricing:
All packages include an initial-in-person-consultation (or phone/e-mail) to determine the clients' goals, experiences, and injuries. Training sessions may be held at the privacy of your home.

If you are working with a serious injury, please consult your doctor before starting a workout regimen. Pricing varies depending on location (in home or gym).
